Tax system
In Turkey, is according to the operating tax laws, foreign citizens and turkish citizens pay identical taxes:

• Tax of sale of real estate amkes 3,9% from the declared cost of the real estate
• Income tax
• The stamp duty tax
• The tax from incomes of corporation (in case of commercial deal of the company)
• Insurance on a case of earthquake
• The annual tax to the real estate makes 0,3 % from the declared cost of the real estate.

Connection of an electricity and water:

Connection of an electricity and water takes 1 day.
The expenses connected with connection of an electricity - 320 TL ; expense up to 150 KW - 0,11 Euros, from above - 0,15 Euros.
Expenses for connection of water - 30 TL. Expense up to 20 cube. - 0,32 euros
If to not use water and light the user's payment for light - 5-6 TL is paid only, for water - 2 TL.
Variation of a name of the user-subscriber 30 euro (a single ≈ 30 euros (one time).

Service charges of apartments :

In each inhabited complex there is a monthly payment for services provided to the clients. This service charge differs from 60 up to 100 euros. Depending on availability of pool, garden, security system depending on professional guiding.
